Recently I decided to make the decision to go from a full time real estate agent, to a part-time referral agent. I thought it would be great—refer people who are looking for a home to other realtors in their area, and collect 20% of the commission as a referral fee. The problem? I miss the actual real estate part of it.

I want to get back into the nitty gritty of real estate. I want to walk through homes and spend hours on the MLS system, just seeing what's out there. I want to be able to go see a home whenever or give people the latest trends or stories of extravagant million dollar homes for sale in the area right now.

Anyways, I'm thinking about transitioning back to a full-time agent. Thoughts?
